I cannot recommend our travel agent highly enough! From the very beginning, they were professional, attentive, and incredibly organized in planning our trip. Every detail was handled seamlessly, which made our travel experience completely stress-free and enjoyable. What truly sets them apart, though, is the exceptional support we received when we had to file an insurance claim as we had to cut short our trip because our little one felt sick. Navigating insurance paperwork can be overwhelming, but they guided us through the entire process with patience and expertise. They ensured all the necessary documentation was submitted correctly and followed up consistently, which ultimately helped us receive our insurance money without unnecessary delays. Their dedication to their clients goes far beyond just booking trips — they genuinely care about making sure everything works out, even when unexpected situations arise. We are extremely grateful for their support and will absolutely be using their services again in the future!

They truly understood our requirements and helped us plan a memorable and smooth trip. During the journey as well, there were a few last-minute changes due to availability, but the team handled everything very efficiently. They provided us with a very calm, polite, and helpful driver who assisted us not only with travel but also with last-minute arrangements and local suggestions, which made our trip even more special. What I really appreciated was how Trace World took complete responsibility—from the planning stage, giving suggestions, making decisions easier, to ensuring we returned safely.
