Trace World began in 2014 with a simple idea: to make travel more organised, personal and dependable. One early milestone was supporting the promotion of Happy New Year, handling accommodation and travel for the Essel Group.
Like the rest of the industry, COVID-19 brought operations to a standstill. We moved to remote working, adapted, and stayed in touch with our clients and partners throughout.
We contributed to the IDEFEAT TB Project in March 2021, a milestone in managing projects beyond conventional travel services.
Our event and travel management grew through Pravasi Bharatiya Divas 2022 and the G20 Summit in Indore, strengthening our work in coordination, hospitality and logistics.
We expanded operations to London and strengthened our international capability. The year also saw us deliver the StepMint app launch.
Opening our Pune office brought us closer to clients in Maharashtra and created new room to grow.
We were part of the GMC 1978 Batch Reunion, continuing our work creating experiences that bring people together.
Our association with PACES reflects an ongoing commitment to corporate engagements, event management and dependable travel.
What started in 2014 now operates across Indore, Pune and London, serving travellers and businesses alike. Still growing, still learning, one journey at a time.
Travel should feel exciting, not complicated. That simple thought was one of the reasons we started Trace World.
We have seen how easily travel becomes stressful: confusing choices, last-minute changes, unclear communication, or not knowing who to turn to when something does not go to plan. We wanted to build a company travellers could genuinely rely on.
We do not believe in making promises just to make a sale. We believe in honest advice, attention to detail, and staying involved throughout the journey, not just until the booking is confirmed.
For us a successful trip is not simply getting the flights, hotels and itinerary right. It is making the traveller feel looked after.
